“Listing” means Job Seeker listing which consists of personal data and other relevant information which is posted by a Job Seeker as available for browsing via the website or services.
“Member” refers to a person who completes the account registration process at Helpers Market International Recruitment Ltd.’s platform, including but not limited to Employers and Job Seekers.
“Member Content” refers to all content which a member posts, uploads, publishes, submits, transmits, or includes in his or her member profile through the website or services.
